COUNSELLING

The courage that it takes for someone to enter the counselling room cannot be underestimated.
Counselling is about connection; it is about the relationship that is built and the willingness for both the client and the counsellor be be present, honest, and open.
I have a range of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups who are experiencing hardship and looking to grow through challenging situations. Counselling is a process that takes trust and commitment, therefore, it is important that clients are well informed when deciding who to open up to.
